What Would Henry Hudson Do?

Four hundred years ago the great navigator Henry Hudson sailed into New York Harbor and discovered an estuary laden with ginormous oysters, which the local Manahatta were happy to serve up for him. On September 10, Slow Food NYC and Slow Food Amsterdam celebrate that momentous occasion with piles of local oysters, local beer, and local Manhattanites. I’ll be at Jimmy’s No. 43 to lend a hand to the international relations, and you should, too.
