Join me at Savoy on Nov 9 for oysters & terroir

Starting at 6:30 on Tuesday, November 9, I’ll be savoring a terroir-themed dinner at NYC’s Savoy, in Soho, and signing copies of my new book. We’ll start with Olympias from Puget Sound and Wellfleets from Cape Cod, then move on to ozette potatoes from Neah Bay, mussels from Prince Edward Island, apples from the Hudson Valley, Orange County black dirt shallots, coffee from Costa Rica, ciders and wines from all over the country, and lots more. Should be a memorable evening!
